1. Entering and Leaving Time
Students are not permitted to enter the examination room more than half an hour after the commencement of the session.
Students are not permitted to leave the examination room until half an hour after the start of the session or during the last 15 minutes of the session except, with the special permission of the invigilator in charge of the examination.
进出考场时间
考试开始后，考生迟到若超过半小时不得再进入考场。考试开始半小时后或考试结束前15分钟，如有个别情况征得监考人员允许方可离场。
2. Identification Cards
For all Victoria University examinations, students must bring their Student ID card to each exam and place the card on the top right hand side of their desk during all exams.
Students who do not have their Student ID card will be required to complete a Student Identification form , which will then be attached to their exam answer booklet or answer sheets. The details will then be checked with the Victoria University enrolment details to confirm the student's enrolment in that subject prior to marking.

所有维大学生，参加每场考试都必须携带学生证进场，整个考试过程请将学生证放在书桌的右上角。学生如忘记带学生证，进考场前学生填一份表格并与试卷合订一起，（老师）判卷前须与考生之前在维大所注册的信息核对以确认其身份。
3. Reading Time
Reading time is normally permitted prior to each examination at the discretion of the examiners concerned. This usually commences at the scheduled examination start time. No writing includingmarking, scratching with pen, pencil, finger, thumbnail, spit, rings, bangles or any other material is permitted.
阋读时间
考试前由主考人决定其阅读时间，阅读时间通常以考试开始时间为准。不允许用钢笔、铅笔、手指、指甲、唾液、戒指、手镯或其它用具在试卷上书写、做记号，试卷上不允许有划痕。
4. Allowable Materials
It is the students' responsibility to ensure they are aware of the allowable materials for each exam. Students should bring their own pens, pencils, rulers &- erasers with them to their exam.
允许携带的文具
考生有责任并保证知道什么资料允许带进考场。学生携带钢笔、铅笔、尺和橡皮进入考场。
5. Unauthorised Materials
Students must not take into the examination room any books, writing paper, notes, manuscripts,
electronic media (including electronic dictionaries), pagers, any form of stored or recorded
information or any other material except where special permission has been granted by the
invigilator in charge and where they are specifically required for an examination and expressly
authorised by the examiners.
All bags and other personal items must be placed at the front or rear of the examinatrion room.
不允许携带的文具
学生绝不能带任何书籍、书写纸、笔记、手稿、电子媒体（包括电子字典）、传呼机，任何形式的储存器或记录信息的物件及其它物品进入考场，除非得到监考负责人的特别许可或考试需要或主考官的同意。所有包及私人物品必须放到考场前方或后方。
6. Phone and other Electronic Media
Mobile phones are not permitted in the exam venue. Invigilators will advise students during the amnesty period of this
procedure before commencement of each exam.
If a mobile phone is found in a student's possession after the amnesty period in the
examination venue, it will be deemed as a Breach of Examination Rules. This may result in the
matter being referred to the Head of School for further action in accordance with the Discipline
Regulations.
Invigilators will advise the student that the phone will be held as unauthorised material and
returned to the student at the end of the examination.
Palm pilots, pagers, PDA's and other similar electronic media are not permitted into the exam venue.
手机和其它电子媒体
考试开始前监考官会提醒学生不得带手机进场。
如果监考官提醒考生后仍发现考生的携带手机，视为违规行为。这将提交到学院领导依照处罚条例的规定做进一步的处理。监考官将通知考生，其手机作为未经批准携带物扣留，待考试结束后退还给考生。掌上机、传呼机、掌上电脑和其它类似的电子媒体均不得带入考场。
7. Behaviour during an examination
Students must not communicate in any way with any other person other than an examiner or any
invigilator during an examination. Any other communication will be deemed as a Breach of Examination Rules.
考场行为
考生在考试期间不可以任何方式与任何人交流（除了主考官和其它监考官以外），否则均以违规行为处理。
8. Exclusion from an examination
An invigilator shall have the power to exclude a student from an examination for good cause and
shall submit a written report on the circumstances to the Manager International Programs or the Head of School immediately after the conclusion of the examination.
All evidence concerning the breach of examination rules must be gathered and retained and included with the written report.
The student will be informed of their rights and the procedures to be followed concerning the breach of examination rules as soon as possible following the conclusion of all the exams at that location.
取消考试资格的规定
监考官依其考试规定有权取消违规考生的考试资格，考试结束后，并向国际项目经理或院领导提交一份书面详情报告。
所有违规证据须收集并保留起来备用，手写一份书面报告。违规学生将被警告其违规行为，此行为将会影响到今后的所有考试。
9. Cheating in exams
Any form of cheating is considered to be an extremely serious breach of the examination rules.
Students accused of cheating during an exam will be removed from the examination venue
immediately and their examination paper and any evidence and materials taken as evidence to be
used when the University Disciplinary Board meets to hear the allegation.
Students found to be cheating in an examination will fail the subject and will need to repeat the
subject.
作弊处理
任何形式的作弊行为均视为一种极端恶劣的违规行为。
学生在考试过程中发现作弊现象将立即被驱出考试，其试卷和所有物品、材料将作为证据提交大学纪律委员会并于听辩会时使用。
考试中被发现作弊的考生，该学科考试视为不及格，且需要重读此课程。
10．Resit exams only
Students who fail to achieve a pass mark in a resit exam will not be permitted to undertake any
further examinations and will need to repeat the subject.

补考仍不及格的学生，将不再接受任何更多的考试，且需要重读此课程。
