Personal Profile

Dr. Umar Farooq Sahibzada did his PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China. Currently, Dr. Umar is serving Liaoning University as an Associate Professor at Asia-Australia Business College. He is also part of a post-doctoral fellowship program at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo, Italy. He has published over 35 refereed papers in international journals. He earned CSC Excellent student award in 2020 and the outstanding student award from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2021. Dr. Umar's main expertise includes Qualitative, Quantitative, Mix Methods, Symmetric and Asymmetric analysis (Fuzzy set- Qualitative comparative analysis), and Multi-level modelling. He is currently the review editor of Frontiers in Psychology and Editorial Advisor for the Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration. His editorial contributions include a topic on “Methods and Applications in Organizational Psychology” in frontiers in a psychology journal. He authored several peer-reviewed articles and attended different international conferences. He remained permanent and adjunct faculty of different Pakistan universities.
