General introduction

Asia-Australia Business College (AABC) of Liaoning University, established in 1999, is a Sino-foreign cooperative education institution jointly founded by Liaoning University (LU) and Victoria University (VU), Australia. It was the first Sino-foreign cooperative college in Liaoning Province that was included in the national enrollment plan for higher education institutions and approved by the Liaoning Provincial Government. AABC currently offers three undergraduate programs: Accounting, Finance, and International Business, as well as a master’s program in International Business and Management. Adhering to the direction of socialist education, the college remains committed to its mission of fostering talent for the Party and the nation, and focuses on the fundamental task of educating students with good values and moral integrity. It fully plays the political core role of the Party organization, continuously strengthens its internal development, actively introduces high-quality resources, innovates the talent training modes, and strives to build a high-level international business college.

AABC has been rated "AAA" by the Educational Department of Liaoning Province and is considered the province's most successful Sino-foreign collaborative institution. It is part of the Liaoning University's National "Double First-Class" Discipline Development Program in Applied Economics and extensively integrates Victoria University's high-quality educational resources. With over 100 Chinese and foreign faculty members, AABC boasts of a strong teaching team. Equipped with modern teaching facilities, it fully meets the needs of teaching and research. In the past years, the college has producednearly 8,000 outstanding graduates, earning widespread recognition from all sectors of society.

Due to the success in runningAABC, the Ministry of Education approved in 2025 that the total undergraduate enrollment scale of the Asia-Australia Business College is 3,220 students, with 805 students enrolled each year. Among them, 105 students are admitted to International Business annually, 350 to Accounting, and 350 to Finance.
