Hello there, My name is Ben and I’ve been teaching English ever since I moved to Russia. Before that I worked in primary schools in England, but the paperwork and London rental prices encouraged me to take my teaching in a new direction. I like cycling, well, most of the time I don’t enjoy it, but I know it’s good for me and has the bonus of getting me where I need to go. I'm also a keen kayaker and look forward to the summer when I can get out onto the rivers in the surrounding countryside. I like eating and drinking, which I think is basically what people mean when they say they like enjoying different cultures! I also like the days when I’m not teaching because I can spend time with the people who are important to me, my wife and son. I love being a teacher, it isn’t always easy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! |
