Recently, a student team project ("Xiangping Erqingtian Agricultural Assistance Initiative") from our college won the national silver award in the main category of the 14th "Challenge Cup" China College Students' Entrepreneurship Plan Competition in 2024. The project advisors were Chunhui Huo and Xuanwei Zhao.
The "Challenge Cup" is renowned as the "Olympics" of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship for Chinese college students, and is one of the most anticipated and prestigious national competitions in the country. The 14th "Challenge Cup" Qinchuangyuan China College Students' Entrepreneurship Plan Competition was jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Association for Science and Technology, the All-China Students' Federation, and the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government. It was hosted by Xi’an Jiaotong University and the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League.
This year's competition attracted over 3 million students from more than 2,700 universities, who submitted a total of over 390,000 innovation and entrepreneurship projects. Ultimately, 839 projects from 426 universities advanced to the final national evaluation.
