After graduating in 2008 with a degree in Accounting in AABC, Li Tuo received postgraduate recommendation of the Master's program in Business Administration at Liaoning University. She later joined the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, engaging in its overseas bidding projects. In 2018, commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany), she served as Market Manager at the Nanjing Representative Office of NRW in Global Business.
In 2021, she founded Oriental Zhongtong (Nanjing) International Technical Service Co., Ltd., focusing on investments and development in renewable energy sectors such as photovoltaic and energy storage projects. She has made outstanding contributions to society.
