Wu Wei graduated from the Asia-Australia Business College in 2006 with a degree in International Economics and Trade, specializing in International Business.
During his undergraduate studies, he served as the president of the student union and was honored with titles such as “Outstanding Student of Liaoning Province” and “Excellent Graduate of Liaoning Province”. After graduation, he was admitted to the School of Economics at Liaoning University for his master's degree, where he also served as the president of the graduate student union.
Following his master's degree, he joined Dalian Jiaotong University, where he held the position of Youth League Committee Secretary in both the School of Transportation and the School of Locomotive, mentoring over 6,500 students.
